Hey Valerie is an AI-powered wedding concierge that provides voice and text-based planning assistance, tour scheduling, vendor recommendations, design visualization, and general wedding guidance. The Service is provided as-is and is intended to assist with wedding planning, not to replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no penalties or long-term contracts. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes related to wedding and event planning. You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages including tour confirmations, planning updates, and vendor information. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for promotional purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Topsfield Commons LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Wedding planning decisions, vendor selections, and financial commitments are the sole responsibility of the user.
